HOW TO TIE:
You can tie the beads at your natural waistline, at the navel, or right above your hips or anywhere in between.
1) Stand up straight, and Lift shirt.
2)Using both hands, pick up each end of the strand and wrap the beads around the waist line.
3) Slide excessive beads off, double knot the string,
4) Slide tag between the skin and knot then crazy glue the knot and let dry.
*PLEASE NOTE:
We recommend tying at the navel, to give your body time to adjust.
When Removing the waist beads, slide them up to avoid overstretching.
Excessive exposure to water can change the color of the beads.
*Excessive beads/string can be used as a bracelet and/or anklet
