Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any returns.

 All sales are final.

The policy below will be back in effect soon and the update will appear here.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

All orders will ship out within one week from the purchase date with a tracking number.

Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days once sent.

Due to the COVID-19 shutdown, Postal Services are experiencing delays.

 PRE-ORDER

If you pre-ordered an item(s), review the items description box for dates.

RETURNS

All Sales are final. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided at this time.

DAMAGED GOODS:

 Once an order has shipped, it will be in possession of the USPS.

All USPS orders have insurance coverage up to $100.

 If your item has been damaged, broken etc. please contact the USPS customer service team at (800) 275-8777 with the tracking number for further assistance.
