The massage will consist of similar techniques such as Deep tissue or Swedish massage, depending on each clients pressure preference.
The client will be placed in Sideline position with supportive, soft cushions to alleviate strain on the lower back and pelvic areas.
***Woman who are 12 weeks or less will not be able to receive treatment, due to the increased risk for miscarriage associated with the first trimester. ***

Focusing on areas of the body that are stressed from repetitive and aggressive movements.
Regular sessions will increase joint mobility and flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury during exercise.

Pressure applied to reflex zones on your feet, hands or outer ears to relieve pain in corresponding body parts .
Pressure points found in these areas correspond to organs that normally cannot be reached by a normal massage.

Gentle massage, using very light pressure, with long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph to reduce toxins in the body.
The lymph system is apart of your body's immune system that helps to fight infections.
By draining and neutralizing the lymph nodes it removes waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.
