Spa Parties are $195 per person with the choice of three services from the following list:

30-minute Mini facial

30-minute Mani/Pedi

30-minute Table massage

or

1.5 hours Chair Massage (30 min. each)

Notation:

(3) services must be for the same practitioner

*Example: (3) Massages (3) facials or (3) Mani/Pedi

60- or 90-minute services are available at menu price.

-Package #1 does not include chair massage, please refer to our “Chair Massage” service page for more info.

-There is a 30-minute limit per person for Chair Massages.

-Nail care: Clients may choose Mani or Pedi for 15 minutes each or either service for a full 30 minutes.

SPA PARTY POLICY:

GENERAL:

Once booked, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied.

Please review the policy in full prior to submitting a payment.

           Once the invoice is sent, the payment must be submitted immediately to reserve the appointment.          

 

SECURITY:

A photo ID is REQUIRED to fully secure the appointment, please do not make the payment without a valid ID.

MEDICAL:

Please inform all participants receiving treatment of the following information:

- All medical conditions and contraindications shall be discussed prior to treatment

-The practitioner may refuse to treat any client or part of their body with just and reasonable cause.

-There will be a sign-up sheet/consent form on site, each person receiving treatment must consent prior to service.

No one can receive services if they have tested positive with the Corona Virus and/or COVID 19 within the past 30 days.

 

TRAVEL FEES:

Clients 30 miles+ from center city, will be charged $.50 cent per mile, per therapist.

 

PARKING:

Client must cover ALL parking expenses.

The fee will be added to the invoice or a parking validation may be presented at the time the services are rendered.

If a parking fee is added on after the invoice has been submitted, a payment must be received prior to appointment time. Unless the appointment will be considered cancelled.

If a client directs a practitioner to park in an unauthorized zone, and the they receive a boot, ticket, or tow; the client will be charged to cover ALL charges and fees.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We respectfully ask for you to provide a 72-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations.

Cancellations and changes preceding, will result in a 100% non-refundable fee.

Cancellations prior to 72 hours will be refunded the 50% remaining balance after the deposit has been deducted, including any travel and/or parking fees.

Sessions will begin and end at scheduled times.

 If for any reason the session starts late, is paused or terminated other than practitioners reasoning, that time will not be returned.

IF a reschedule is approved, clients will have up to 30 days to reschedule.

Inappropriate dialogue or behavior will NOT be accepted and will result in an automatic cancellation.

No partial or full refund will be provided.

Safety for our team and clients is our top priority.

Due to extreme weather resulting in a “WEATHER WARNING”, the event will be rescheduled.

 

REFUNDS:

If the appointment request has been accepted, and a refund is requested 47 Hrs. or less to start time: ONLY Parking and/or Travel fees will be refunded.

If the appointment request has been accepted, and a refund is requested 48 Hrs. or more, to start time: 50% of the service fee, Parking and/or Travel fee(s) will be refunded.

Once a refund is processed, fees will be returned to your bank account within 5-10 Business days, depending on your financial institution.

BREAKS:

Events 3 Hours or less requires no break

Events 3.5 - 4 Hours requires a scheduled 15-minute break,

Events 4.5 – 5 Hours requires a scheduled 20-minute break,

Events 5.5 – 6.5 Hours requires a scheduled 30 min break

Events 7 – 7.5 Hours requires a 45 min break.

Events 8 Hours plus requires a 1-hour break.

The unpaid break time will extend the event time frame, be mindful when filling out the sign-up sheet.

GRATUITY:

Respectively, gratuity is never required, yet always appreciated.

INDEMNIFICATION:

Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.

By accepting this appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in the policy above.
